Mumbai, December 1, 2016: Mr. Rana Kapoor, Managing Director and CEO, YES BANK, and Chairman, YES Institute, was felicitated for his ‘Outstanding Contribution to Innovation in Financial Services’ by the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA) on the occasion of Confluence 2016, IIMA’s annual management fest. This honour is an acknowledgement of Mr Rana Kapoor’s exemplary contributions to innovation, with special focus on increasing sophistication of products and solutions, bringing the unbanked into mainstream banking and creative destruction via innovation to cope with the expanding need of the economy.
The award was conferred by IIM Ahmedabad Professor and Dean, Faculty Errol D’Souza.
